We are planning to hold the meeting on exactly the same timetable and format as a League meeting, but with a Club/Team result for each race.=0A=0D=

All finishers will score points as per normal league rules, but with all finishers scoring at least one point. The best club/team in each race (Under 12, Under 16, Vets/Women and Juniors/Seniors/Elite Vets) will be determined by the total points of the best three riders in each club/team. There will be no limit to the number of riders per club/team in each race, but there must be three finishers per club/team to qualify.=0A=0D=

The club/team gaining the most total points across all four races will be deemed the Best Overall Club/Team.=0A=0D=

We are planning to pay prize money to race winners, award prizes to all those whose scores counted in the club’s total and certificates to all members of the winning club/team in each race.=0A=0D=

There will be a trophy for the Best Overall Club/Team.=0A=0D=

We will also accept entries from individuals.=0A=0D=

Presentations of the race awards will take place as soon as possible after the end of each race in the Sports Hall, and at the end of the meeting for the overall Winning Club. =0A=0D=

We will take entries on the day, but all teams are requested to advise the organiser (Barry Denny) of the likely members of their teams by January 20 ~ we may produce an event programme, and also plan to have race commentary.=0A=0D=

Refreshments will be available all day.=0A=0D=

The race will be followed by the League prize presentation.=0D=0A=
