 Car parking is at IFDS House\, St Nicholas Lane\, Basildon\, Essex\, SS15 5
 FS. This should be open from 9.30 am to 4 pm. There wil be a marshal there 
 and at the entrance to the sports centre. Use the underpass at the roundabo
 ut to access the park. It's about 5 mins walk to the sports centre. Signing
  on will be in the creche to the right of the reception desk within the Spo
 rting Village. The centre is about 5-10 minutes walk from the start so plea
 se allow yourself plenty of time.  No refreshments are being provided by th
 e promoters as there is a cafe within the centre. Showers are available aft
 erwards for £1 - please note there are toilets but no changing facilities.
